Having a company that is local and who install American made products was one of the reasons I chose Brighthouse solar. And throughout the whole operation, from install to getting my final walk through I was happy I did choose them. I felt like a family member and still do. Austin was a very knowledgeable and patient salesperson, answering every and all my many questions very competently. Booker who installed my main panel was very efficient and made sure I was only without power very briefly in the middle of summer. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure my system was what I wanted and that any issue was resolved quickly and adequately. This solar company is definitely one to be trusted. We never thought of going solar so soon we were still looking around but after the initial meeting with Thomas and John our hesitation was put at ease and decided to purchase from ☀️ Brighthouse. They made the installation effortless and even assisted us with tree trimming and water heater upgrade to tankless after listening to what we were not happy with, which surprised us. They did ALL the work; city inspection and permits, PGE contact and NEM application, financing services, and follow through. Kale was the representative that came out the my grandfathers house and we spoke for a while when I answered the door, glad I got to learn a bit more as I am buying a house soon and it would greatly benefit me to have this company work with me. Tom (owner of Brighthouse) helped us instal additional solar panels to compensate for additional electricity usage by EVs. He and his family were relatively new in town and in our neighborhood. Despite his limited experience and young age, I felt very comfortable with him. Tom came across as a honest, upfront, no-nonsense, fair, hard-working, and ambitious young man. The solar panel addition project turned out to be a long-drawn and painful because of the other company we were outsourcing some work from. Tom kept composed, focused, and fair to learn, fix, and most importantly, DO THE RIGHT THING. He validated all the perceived core values I had associated him with and exceeded my expectations. He relentlessly provided support in many possible ways one of which was financial compensation that he could have easily averted. Moreover, he advised against making a few energy investments although it would have been beneficial for his company! We have nothing but sincere appreciation and gratitude for him for being one of the few rare citizens who 'does the right thing'. I have already recommended several friends to consider Brighthouse for any energy needs and he will be my first go-to place.
